For today’s #TimeLapseTuesday, we’re bringing you a wound management demonstration, featuring a bread roll and a whole lot of fake blood!
To simulate wounds with significant bleeding, volunteers at last week’s
#Gawler workshop were given a bread roll packed with ground chicken and blood, and sprayed with resin to keep it squeezy and flesh-like.The challenge for our volunteers was to pack the wound with gauze until the ‘bleeding’ slowed or stopped.
